During this 75 minute session, we will go over your completed intake, clarify details and continue our discussion of your goals. We will work together to create a plan to help manage pain and stress, strengthen the body and mind, and set the stage to optimize healing. We will start to incorporate some of these yoga therapy techniques as part of the session.
