About this List

This collection of organizations, products and shops is offered as a resource for those living with cancer. It is by no means comprehensive. It will grow as I learn more, or people recommend more.

Note: None of the products or shops are paid endorsements or affiliate links. They are included here because I have researched them, I have used their products, or they were recommended to me by cancer patients.

Talking About Complementary Medicine to Health Care Providers

Wave Health

Skin Products

The skin is the largest organ in the body and the first defense against pathogens and disease. Keeping the skin healthy and whole is important for our health. Cancer treatments and side effects of medication can wreak havoc with the skin. To that end, here is a list of products that I, or people I have worked, with have found beneficial and healing. I do not receive anything from the companies by listing them here.

La Roche-Posay

La Roche-Posay has a line of very gentle products specifically for cancer patients, which are available in stores (e.g. Target, Walgreens, CVS, etc.) as well as online.

BeeCure

This is a cream made from natural products to use for burns from laser and radiation treatment. It also helps with spot treatment of rashes and bug bites. Please use code BWSoothe for 20% off and free shipping.

CamWell

They have a line of natural products for help with radiation treatment as well as hand and foot relief. Please use code Wellness25 for 25% off and free shipping.

Shops

AnaOno

Comfortable bras appropriate for use while healing from breast surgery, and post reconstruction.

Headcovering Unlimited

This shop provides head coverings gentle enough for those undergoing chemotherapy. There are also wigs and other items appropriate for those with lupus, alopecia and other conditions that involve hair loss.
